Visit cathedral-like Gough’s Cave, with the easy to use audioguides, enjoy the subtle colours of Cox’s Cave and the exciting fantasy adventure of The Crystal Quest, then see how our homo sapiens ancestors lived here for 40,000 years in the Cheddar Man – Museum of Prehistory. Back above ground, climb 274 steps to the Lookout Tower for spectacular views across the Somerset Levels. You can also take part in Rock Sport adventure activities – Adventure Caving expeditions or Rock Climbing sessions.
