Fine dining and impeccable service go hand-in-hand at Summer Lodge. You can enjoy both in the light and airy conservatory, the elegant Dining Room, or the warm and clubby cosiness of the bar.

In fine weather, you can dine on the terrace, while a scrumptious traditional Dorset afternoon tea is served every day in the Drawing Room. The chef, Steven Titman, has developed a cuisine of international fame. His menus meet and exceed the exacting requirements of the Relais & Chateaux’s gastronomic standards and the cellar master, Eric Zwiebel, has made his mark too. In 2007, he was runner-up in the Best Sommelier of the World competition.
